Healthcare is more important but needs a Democrat majority in the Senate and I don't have much faith in the Georgia runoff elections.

And it might really, on a federal level, be more of a question of border security. Something significant will happen if the Georgia runoffs go blue but I’m not sure if it will be either of these.
