I SLEEP IN TWO CHUNKS and I have since about middle school. I would come home from school, take a 20min-1hr nap and then wake up and get to work.
Even through highschool, my nap time was when my younger siblings were at various after school activities, and my parents were not yet home from work. Id sleep for just a little bit and then start cooking dinner, doing laundry, that stuff.
The other thing is that I usually wake up multiple times while sleeping anyway, and beyond that I cant sleep longer than 4-6 hours unless I'm absolutely exhausted.
Usually this isn't a problem. I get home from work, eat, sleep for 1-2hrs, and then wake up, write, catch up on uh super monkey ball rights work, respond to people, basically live my life. Then go to bed around 12-4am.
